Restaurant magazine - August 2010


My regular gig at Restaurant magazine.

This month the author looks at the hot new restaurant chains and trends - so I've shown a hot sweaty chef woking 0ff ( not my idea of a verb incidentally) a stir fry of bistrots, bars and eateries (with chillies, ginger and tabasco for extra heat).
